I find its a safe environment. The building is in a good location sometimes outback can be a little noisy, but I think you’ll find fhat anywhere you go the one major thing missing in this building is air conditioning if something could be done about that eventually I think you have a better product overall.

Hello the building has looked more run down in stairways, halls and in the parking garage elevator entry. Maintenance crew is amazing and so is Halam

There are no amenities or services so the rent increease came as a surprise. Prior to nore recently, took 6 werks to hear back from anyone at Anthem. Halem is grrat and Cheryl is doing well.

Rent is high compared to the market. Majority of the building got a rent increase when the surrounding market is going down. No amenities in the building, its basically a location premium, the visitor parking is a joke as its not monitored throughout the day and the business accross the alleyway take majority of the spots for their business drops that can take hours leaving my guests to have to street park and pay. The roof/ floor is not designed to quiet noise, we hear our heavy footed upstairs neighbours throughout the night doing whatever they are doing and loud footsteps in the early morning. It took weeks to have someone from management action a simple parking request, not impressed at all with this. That person is no longer apart of our building team but it shows a high level of lack of care.
