Transit and retail shopping are within walking distance.YMCA and library as well.Access to the Pathway is excellent as there is no major streets or intersections to cross and both street crossings on the way have cross walks one with a pelicon.If you are a dog person the off leash area is only 15 mins away. The location by car is ten minutes to South Point going South and ten minutes to Heritage Meadows going North.This covers all the major retailers,Grocery,Big Box,Ikea,Home Depot,Rona Walmart.

The amount of noise at winter time and schedule for snow removal services are ridiculous. I bet 100% of residents don’t care about snowy sidewalks if it costs them night sleep. A TRACKTOR TRACKTORING DRIVEWAY AT 3AM IN THE MORNING AND DOES THE SAME THING NOW AT almost 11PM. Are you for real? Is this a joke? How am I suppose to get up and go to work to pay $2000 for apartment if I didn’t have sleep at night???????? Bruh. I’d suggest to fix this idiotic schedule with tractors and snowblowers snowblowing sidewalks at 5AM. Do it at least 6-7am AND NOT 3AM OR 11PM TRACKTORING FRONT DRIVEWAY. HAVE MERCY to your residents. I like the building and location, but noice is crazy. As I said, 100% of residents would prefer night sleep over clean sidewalks at 3am or 5am or 11PM. Idk who’s doing this schedule but it’s way out of logical decisions, probs this person simply doesn’t live here.

Have had issues with hot water, alarms, elevators etc. for the extreme price you charge and zero amnenties in the buidling you would expect these ussues to be resolved much faster then they are

This place is a joke since the new owners and management company took over in December of 2024. Customer service has vanished. Maintenance has slipped. Cleanliness has deteriorated. No one seems to care about dogs that bark 24/7. I am paying for air conditioning, yet it does not work.
