    It is one of the most quiet buildings I have walked into. Hallways are clean. The are were the trash bins are it is clean and well taken care of. Suzette was so patient answering all of my questions. Loved her dedication ??. Thank you! Can wait to live in my new home.     My home for many years! Words can not express how wonderful this complex is ! Kim is kind caring and compassionate! She truly cares for her residents! JJ is amazing he makes a point to wave or say at any point he may see you ! When ever there is a maintenance request he’s always prompt fast efficient and kind. He always follow through to make sure there’s nothing going with it afterwards! Thank you Kim, JJ and the rest of the Creekside Colony staff from making this such a wonderful home for so many years!

    I love it here, super friendly neighbors and staff. Maintenance is efficient and the amenities are great. Only downside is living right next to a street corner it does get pretty loud. But other than that, great place!

    I've been here for more than 12 years and hope to continue to live here. I've outstayed many managers. Our current manager,Shannon, is better than nearly every one since I moved here. While there are some things I would like to see improve, overall her management style works for me.
