Could be better could be worse

I've lived here for 23 years. I used to have a lot of good things to say but it's gone downhill over the last 5 years or so. I don't think they take care of the property as well as they used to. Still, it's not too bad. At least I haven't felt the need to move yet. I appreciate that it is a smoke-free community and generally neighbors are nice.

Love the area

Besides the management this is a wonderful place to live. I have never used the fitness room but these 3 flights of stairs do me just fine. Maintenance crew are very professional and nice. Area is often cleaned. The pool needs to be cleaned more or add one of those cleaning poles ??. Very close to shopping and freeways. Cant beat living this close ti Winco ????
