Not happy with how they changed the staff constantly in the office problems with parking and nosy neighbors I like my apartment though

It’s alright , but I need my rent to go down to the right percentage they still using my sons income and he moved out 3 years ago.

I've lived here for 23 years. I used to have a lot of good things to say but it's gone downhill over the last 5 years or so. I don't think they take care of the property as well as they used to. Still, it's not too bad. At least I haven't felt the need to move yet. I appreciate that it is a smoke-free community and generally neighbors are nice.

Besides the management this is a wonderful place to live. I have never used the fitness room but these 3 flights of stairs do me just fine. Maintenance crew are very professional and nice. Area is often cleaned. The pool needs to be cleaned more or add one of those cleaning poles ??. Very close to shopping and freeways. Cant beat living this close ti Winco ????

I like living here at Monterey village however I have loud neighbors above me l and have complained and it doesn't seem that they do anything to change the matter I'd like to move into another apartment here so far no luck
