Review

Alot of outside people hang out on laundry area, and leave a mess . It says this is a non smoking property yet residents smoke on patios . Management should check on that.

Living at Rancho Verde Village

I moved in and reported my A/C not working and it took 4 to 5 maintence service calls before it ever got fixed. Other than that i have no issues and love my spacious apartment.

Think twice!

Front office does not respond to emails. Rent continues to go up, despite the fact that we live next to the train tracks. Gate is always Brocken. Units are stuck in the 1980's.

Nice location

Overall I think the complex is a great place to live things havr changed with new management but overall everyone is pleasant and willing to help when needed I only have one complaint and that woukd be that there is no washer and dryer hookup in the apartments

Nice Quiet place to live

I've been here for about a year and so far my experiences have been pretty positive. Besides the limited guest parking I have no other complaints. The complex feels family orientated with having activities available to the residence and kids always outside playing together. It is usually pretty clean, even the dumpster areas don't get too bad. Any time there has been an issue in the apartment the management always schedules with maintenance pretty quickly and it gets repaired quickly. Any time there has been minor issues with a neighbor they seem to try to help as much as possible, which isn't there fault to begin with because they could not control the behavior of others. I love how they have 2 parks, pools and also laundry rooms in each parking garage so we are not forced too carry our laundry baskets far. The residence are pretty friendly and having a security patrolling at the night it feels safe. Would 100% recommend living here to any family looking!
