Love the neighbors it’s not much noisy around the neighborhood. Parking is amazing. I can see it from my window closer to the laundry area not that expensive. Also, it’s really close to any grocery store and nearby gas station.

Could you powerwash the walkways and clean the walkeays where they have mud

I've been here for a couple weeks now and these apartments are all around great! Location is good and there are many stores and places to eat within close proximity. It is very close to the greenway as well so you can easily go for a walk, run, or bike ride. The pool area is awesome, and the volleyball court is a huge plus. My favorite part is the price though. They are very competitive and I don't think you'll find many better deals.

Great place to live!!! My son and I have lived here for over 7 years and love it! Our apartment is very spacious for the price and the fixtures are nice. The people in the office are very nice and will help you with all your needs. They have great maintenance men that come to fix any problems you let them know about the very next day if not sooner if it is an emergency. Great neighborhood and we are next to the library and recreation center across the street!! That is a bonus!!

I have lived here a little over a year and the staff are great when ever something needs to be fixed or replaced they come in a very timely manner and are very nice, as well as front staff personal. The location is great everything is 8-10 min away with close access to I-10. The surrounding living areas are kept clean and so are the laundry facilities. The pools are a good size and not to packed. It is my first time living in an apartment setting and so far I have had a great experience here at Cantera Apartments.

So lucky to have found this sweet spot! Staff, maintenance, neighbors and location are great! Super value!

It has been wonderful living at Le Montreaux. I have been here for a year and a half now. The apartments are in great shape and isolated enough that you get no neighbor noise. Parking is always available and much of it is covered. There is a great pool, a solid gym, and a good quiet but lively community. The staff (Mary and Renee) are always affable, quick, and helpful. Maintenance comes quick. The area is very safe. I highly recommend.

Any problem that I have in regard to the maintenance always is taken care of promptly. All the office staff and maintenance are very respectful and kind. I have lived in these apartments 10 years and that is one thing I can say that they are quick to assist with any problems I have had. If it will be something that has to get ordered or take longer, they let explain what has to be done. These are the only apartments that I have lived in that problems have been fixed quickly.
