A very good place to live.

I have lived here for over 2 years. So far so good (knocking on wood LOL) with the maintenance, inspections, and staff. This is a decent place to live, and the management keeps up with problems as best they can. For example, with stopping people being loud in the poolside after hours, maintaining the valet trash system, and keeping us residents up to date with any and all changes - to facilities, inspections, and changes in the rent fees - due to the co-vid 19 pandemic that is happening. There are "sister" properties in Austin if you need to transfer. The location has quick access to the highways, a nice walking trail, and plenty of greenery. I feel safe with the fire sprinklers inside the apartment, and the fact that this is a relatively newly built location. Right now is an especially stressful time for everyone, so I would like to say please remember to be courteous to each other, our neighbors and the staff, even when others are not.

Review

Going on two years here and at first we loved these apartments and previous front office. Now its kind of going down hill and sadly won't be renewing, we cannot trust anything on our patio after we had items stolen and it states we are safe gated apartment but the gate cameras don't work, especially at the time of the items being stole. there is zero speed bumps or road signs anywhere in the complex, after almost being hit multiple times at 3 way exits due to no stop signs or yields and new front office doesn't ever answer calls or emails. They come into the apartments and don't leave notes especially during the new inspections, which I am not comfortable with to not know who came into my home when I wasn't here. Also still charging your residents amenities during a pandemic and not offering any sort of discount or waived fee for those and pest control. We used to love legacy, sadly won't continue next year.

Lack of urgency

Works orders are not followed per the resident request. Multiple request have yo be made to get fix correctly.
