Anonymous on Dec 1, 2022I love living here! The only thing that makes me a bit uncomfortable is the amount of homeless people sleeping in entrance ways and leaving trash everywhere. I feel bad for the people that work so hard to keep everything clean and nice for the residents. It's an issue not just at this location. It happened a ton where I lived before. With it being cold I think it will be an ongoing issue.. I live by myself, so it can be a bit scary coming home from work or embarrassing when I have my mother come for visits. I do really love everything else and have no other issues. Just wondering if the entrances can be more secure on the outside...

Only issue is when the new owners took over I was in the process of setting up auto payments. I was a little confused and made a payment on a saturday and wasn't confident the auto pay was set up. To my surprise, my rent was taken out twice from my bank on Monday morning. Bank charged $152 overdraft. I called them and they cut in half. Management here said they would help me out. But nothing was ever done. I was left with a $76 overdraft

I've researched, very carefully for a place to drop anchor for the last time, when I came across Legends at Berry Apartments I stopped looking. This location is situated like an Island in between two cities. It has access to both cities transportation infrastructures and close access to river scenic parks. The property has all I need to exist with little of the stressful factors of my working life. I have only lived here for only three plus months, but I anticipate that this is going to work.
