    I recently moved in and it’s been great so far. You barely hear your neighbors, the laundry is cheap, the location is fun and lively. I enjoy the layout and specs of the building.

    Great location, great caretaker, and the only issues I had were usual ones to expect in an older building, things like general wear and inconvenient design of some apts. Maintenance was great and solved our floor issue quickly, even during Covid. Overall a great place to be.

    It's pretty good they could update the mailboxes and the buzzer code so i can buzz people in and fix the parking lot and carpet in the hallways and make it look nicer And have mofre Visitor's parking Spots when family or friend's come over

Applicants for the VASH units are obtained through the Veterans Administration. Applications can be accepted by Upper Post Property Management office for the Metro HRA Housing Choice Voucher units but the waiting list is closed at this time.     So far its been ok . They need to get a bit better with help from the office and doing things on time like they say they will . My door was needing to be fixed the first 3 months I moved in. Other than that i did ask about fixing my towel rack in the bathroom and that still isn’t fixed yet. But other than that its not a real messy or uncomfortable place to live in .

    The location is what I like best, close to the things I need; plenty of restaurants and shopping. It's generally a quiet building and there's plenty of garages and parking. However, I would like to see a community garden pot in place.
