SINGLE OCCUPANT= $1000/mo in room fees plus $250/mo in utilities or $1250/mo all inclusive (based on one year occupancy minimum). COUPLES= $1050/mo in room fees plus $225 per person/mo in utilities (450) or $1500 a month all inclusive (based on one year occupancy) OCCUPANT(S) with approved pets add $50.00/mo for each pet (3 maximum) If occupants desire to stay less than one year, please add $100 per month in your calculations. (the shortest term we will allow is 4 months). We require the equivalent of whatever your monthly fee is as a security deposit. There is a standard $35 background check for all residents.
