Its conducive to study, live, and sleep in an ample space unit. Maintenance and staff are really cooperative and easy to deal with. There is an open channel of communication and the end in mind. This is a perfect place for us.

Staff and maintenance are fantastic

This is the second apartment I have resided in, in Las Vegas and it is very nice. The environment and community is really clean, neighbors are nice, the noise level is fine, surrounded by convenient stores.

It is a quiet and relatively nice neighborhood to live in. I have not had an issues when using and entering the provided amenities. I would give cleanliness a half rating. Maintenance is nice typically available same day. Helpful and kind office staff.

The Neon is a great place to live, laugh and become social again. I couldnt ask for better neighbors who are friendly and respectful of the space. The courtyard in the center makes it especially unique and miaes for more of a backyard BBQ feel.

I love the location and the employees. I also enjoy access to the amenities 24/7.

I have been living here 7 months. It is a nice property, very quiet, and extremely convenient to groceries stores. The area is nice. The front office staff is very nice and the maintenance staff is very swift and outstanding.

I really like it here. I moved from Summerlin a few years ago and find that it's much more affordable for what you get. The amenities are really nice, and the property is very well-kept. It's rare to see dog poop outside of the dog park. If you have dogs, they have two parks, one for smaller dogs and one for larger dogs, and both are great sizes. I'd say it's pretty quiet, depending on where you live in the complex. I live off of Maryland Pkwy, so the street noise can be a little loud, but it doesn't bother me. The staff is friendly, and I like that they have food trucks come around and do things to celebrate National Food Days.

My elderly mom and I have been living here for 5.5 years now and I can honestly say it has been the best apartment complex we have ever lived in. The office staff have always been friendly and have accommodated any request we had. The maintenance crew are equally friendly and have always been very efficient with the minor fixes we've needed, mainly mom putting stuff down the garbage disposal that shouldn't be in there and getting it stuck. Maintenance is on it usually within a few hours or, at the latest, the next day. The housekeeping staff keeps the common areas and amenities absolutely spotless. The amenities are second to none with two beautiful pools, one heated throughout the winter( mom is 84 and swims daily, year round.) I'm writing this review because it seems like people only write reviews when they are angry at a place, and usually the place is just doing their job and enforcing a policy that the tenant went against. Not enough satisfied tenants take the time to write a positive review about a place, me included, it's taken me over 5 years to write this one. It's something I've wanted to do for a while but I was just simply lazy. But today, I decided was the day to get off my butt and thank the hard working and under appreciated staff of Level 25 at Cactus. Thank you staff of Level 25 at Cactus for 5.5 years of friendly and attentive service. George and Veronica

This property has great amenities and is quiet. The area is clean and nice. The staff is helpful and they have hired more security even when I wasn't looking for it. The peace of mind is helpful and the I love my apartment.

Seriously I have lived in a lot of apartment communities through my long life and I can truly say this has been my best experience ever here at Level 25 Oquendo. The management staff and Repair Department are just simply the best they are professional attentive and most of all they really care about their residents and it shows every day of the year. Thank you to everyone here who makes this a terrific and wonderful place to live.

Great apartment with amazing amenities! Moving from California, price-wise is truly amazing with the amount of space you get! Parking is awesome, you're not fighting with your neighbors for a spot, plenty of parking space. Community is very quiet. My kids enjoys the pool and it doesn't get crowded, it's always clean. The package system is great, no need to worry about your package getting stolen after it is left outside your doorstep. Staff, specially Selena is very helpful and she's awesome!
