I've resided here ten years. The location is convenient for me, and the grounds are well maintained. I've had no issues with neighbors, and though I live close to the main pool the noise level has been reasonable. When maintenance has been required the response time has been excellent. The staff has always been kind and professional. My overall experience here has been better than I could have ever expected. Thank you.

I've lived here with my husband for about 6 months now and we've had good interactions with staff, haven't really had neighbor issues other than kids running around screaming occasionally and the landscaping people running chainsaws and blowers outside our window before 7am. Our bedroom window that we usually hear that noise out of just isn't sealed... like at all. When we moved in and had our move in inspection--we got told a maintenance request would be put in for that because it's warped, doesn't have a screen, and has a big enough gap in the window panes that you can feel the wind through that window even when it's just breezy. We haven't had anyone from maintenance come by our apartment ever, I'm assuming the request was just never put in. Our carpets also aren't quite ripped, but in some places you can tell that the carpet almost looks singed or like it was scraped up in various places and is scratchy/hard if you step in the wrong spot barefoot. The burners on the stove also are not my favorite, they're uneven and so nothing cooks evenly. Those are the only issues I've had with living here. I'd also like to note that the big Spa tub outside our unit is very rarely even warm.... almost every time I've gone in to use it, it is not heated at all. Sometimes it is, other times it isn't. Other than those notes, I've liked living here, it's a good area, the gym and community areas are kept up pretty well, and the staff has never given us any problems, they've only been helpful.
