The staffs are very helpful.and always there when you need something broken or not working on the appliances. The only things that's needs. for palmilla townhomes extra parking.it is really hard for a families visitors to.look for a parkin. I think the bushes can turn in to a parking lots special on the Nuevo street. ...

Not the worst

I wish the “volleyball court” was a fenced-in dog park so my pups can run off-lead. There isn’t a net to play volleyball, so it’s just a large sand pit. The pool is rarely open during the summer, and it is usually padlocked with a chain during operating hours. I love my unit, I’ve lived here for almost six years. I’d appreciate having the option of using the gate at the back of the property, but it’s always padlocked as well.
