Right now I really thank God cuz I have no complaints maintenance is Curtis and they are so respectful and so is the office staff beautiful individuals they even work with me and take time with me even with my disability Miss Lisa the gentleman I can't think of his name wonderful individual Miss Caitlin I know sometime with my TBI it can be annoying but they show so much love and they show so much understanding and they take time to listen to me whether I stutter or not. I know things getting ready to change but the maintenance staff and the office staff I really prayed that don't change because you can find people who really care about the tennis the way this group of people do thank you all so much for always being there for me I APPRECIATE YOU ALL. Resident since june 24. management is very good and accessible. Maintenance is great. location for us is very good. We like the bright, sunny apartment. There are regular activities, but we do not do them. Would recommend to a friend.
This is great place tol live. The maintenace team stay on top all work order requests . The office staff are supportive are more than willing to assists with any requests and help you may need.

For the most part very enjoyable. It is kind of like junior high where there are clicks and different rules apply to different people. Depends on staff buddies. To many dogs kind of taking over all area and not properly trained.
It's a great community with great people. However, Dominium is not a great company. They will raise the rent to the max of whatever HUD sets.

It is a very cool place to live. No noise, it is a safe place, management are very nice, the parking lot is big enough for cars.
The location is great and is not very close to downtown Minneapolis, close to the main highway to the airport and the mall of America.
Overall really love the place, the management is really great, the only issue is noisy neighbors

I've been living here for about a year and a half now, and I enjoy it every month. The community is respectful, quiet, keep-to-themselves. The apartments are spacious and very beautiful. My favorite part of these units is the spacious balconies they provide us (I have 5 patio chairs outside, and still can squeeze one more in if I wanted to, without it looking crowded). I enjoy reading my book and drinking my coffee. There's great sunlight during the summer, too. Some cleaners clean the hallways in the mornings. The kitchens are beautiful, and there are parks, so many stores, and an elementary school right next to us. So you don't have to waste all that gas going to places far out!
Every one here is so nice and helpful. If you ask for any thing to be done they go out of there way to help or find a answer to ehat you need.

I living in compass Pointe for 7month now, the place is very nice and clean the lady who do the cleaning really can take good care of the properties. I really appreciate the lady who is in the office she talk to people nicely and thing you tell her about your apartment she really to help.but the people who live in the property the children can really make noise alot
