Living situation

I currently live here and have since it was built 32 years ago the management is not on site as often as they should be we've been through a dozen managers for over the last 3 years and maintenance care here is very neglected things are not up to date as they should be but I need a place to live so I'm still living here...

Winnetka Apartments

Lived here at Winnetka West for 20+years worst management ever we go through managers all the time we've had at least a dozen in the last year Maintenance is not on top of taking care of issues this building has mold and we do not have a backup generator because Commonbond claims to not have money for one even though it should be necessary we have one with all the different disabilities that people here have there is so many problems that should be addressed but do Not get taken care of Winnetka West is the least of Commonbonds priorities...
