I have a garage so parking is not a concern. 4313 is fairly quiet, so I'm happy to be on the second floor. My neighbors are great. It is an old building for the amount of rent that increases every year. I've been here almost 3 years and plan to stay another year if the rent is reasonable. I am concerned about my ceiling in my bathroom. There was a leak from upstairs and a mold problem concerns me because it was never fixed. The office staff is great.
