I've lived here since 2017. The apartment is ideally located - close proximity to the city and many shopping malls and other entertainment locations. The apartment is old and could be more valuable if it undergoes some major amenities upgrade and renovation. Unfortunately, there is a noticeably smell of Marijuana in the hallway on many days.
