I've rented here since 2017 and have been very pleased living at Hillsboro Apartments. Staff is great, responsive and accessible. Yes. On site managers in a time when so many places have no one on property, including maintenance. Price is right. Location is right. It's a good place to live.

GOOD PLACE TO LIVE

We use a "chalkboard method" to evaluate our stay at this property. Burgundy provides all of the major essentials that we are looking for in a rental property. We highly appreciate the security, quiet neighbors, and especially the Staff (all of them). We have lived here for about fifteen years and would highly recommend this location to our friends.
