Maintenance and staff are friendly and prompt. The water isn't hot enough to take a hot bath. I don't feel that I receive the value of the price paid.

Pretty positive

I’ve enjoied living here! Outside the southeast elevator there are some sidwalk lights that need to be fixes but i dont think i notice many other issues with the property

Just be quiet

Much like many apartment buildings, this is a very nice place to live but constructed with little to no insulation between floors. I've had a couple of noise complaints from my upstairs neighbors but my next door neighbors say they've never been bothered... Other than that, good staff, nice amenities, maintenance is quick to respond, and overall a fine place to live. Just be quiet:)
