Peaceful and down the Earth
I've been living here for 4 years and I enjoy northtown village apartments they go out of their way to make sure the residents are happy and get things done around the building and the apartments that need to be done
Maintenance
Since we moved in, they were a lot of maintenance needed. We took pictures went to the office and listed everything that needed to be fixed. They said that they were going to fix it in one or two weeks and we’ve been here around six months and no one has come and fixed it called and leave messages even went to the office but we had no luck
Mentanance
It take forever before they attend you maintenance request and staffs not always reapectful when communicating with tenants
No issues from day 1
Ive had no issues since ive been living here. Of course no ones perfect. Me and my Cujo are happy here. The few issues that did come up, well the office and Joseph was right on it. Joseph is very pleasant to talk to. Living in NorthTown is nothing like I thought it would be. Its better. I call it my mini mansion. After a 1 1/2 yrs. I still love it here.
