The trash area is always disgusting because people throw the trash on the ground around the "bins." The inside courtyard is typically clean but the outer perimeters, always have trash and debris.This leads me to wonder if the persons responsible are actually doing their job. The halls are very dark like not brighter than candlelight. Guest parking is tricky because you have to get a pass if you have a guest staying the night but you have to know before the office closes. If not, your guest will have to park on the street which is actually illegal in BP so they could get a ticket or towed.

I have lived here for several years and I can honestly say the property management is amazing!!! The place stays clean the people and staff are nice and I am so glad I chose to live here!!
