I have lived in this apartment for more than 8 years. It is a very peaceful place to live in. The area is safe for you and your kids. The Neighbours are nice, and the office personnel are very friendly and always ready to help. The maintenance is prompt and quick to responds to your needs.

Noise from upstairs, running , ppl not on lease , other than that , i like the area , close to everything , just wish they had in unit laundry and more security, lots of closets , not enough kitchen cupboards , Very nice management, great asst mgr , slow on repaires ( move in ) lots of parking

The building is peaceful and quiet. The building is tucked back and in a nice location. The office staff has been good to work with. Maintenance has been an issue. Waiting for months and often having to battle with multiple emails to get things fixed. Also the maintenance man, Ray, has been miserable, grumpy and far from friendly. I've also had to repair his repairs myself on several occasions.
