Complex duality.
The units are spacious, accommodating and relatively modern. The residents are ultimately pleasant, and respectful of their neighbors. Maintenance does a pretty good job cleaning the building and addressing work orders. The complex is surrounded by multiple major highways, and is in an aesthetically nice location.

I have resided at the fairways for 2 years now. The highlight of living here is how friendly and accessible the management staff is and the maintenance team are truly the best, i enjoy residing here and plan on doing so for many years to come.

a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere
I've lived at Fairways since July 2020 and have enjoyed being part of this community. The property is well-maintained and I appreciate having maintenance issues dealt with so quickly and efficiently. Finally, the staff in the leasing office have been absolutely stellar and have gone the extra mile for me as a resident-- this recently included checking in on my two cats while I was out of town.
