    I recently moved into an older one-bedroom apartment in this complex, and overall, I’m quite satisfied with my experience. While the unit itself is small and shows its age, it offers a cozy atmosphere that feels like home. The price point is reasonable, especially given its proximity to downtown; I can easily access all the shops and restaurants without the hustle and bustle right outside my door. The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet, which is a huge plus for someone like me who appreciates a peaceful living environment. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly option that doesn’t compromise on location, this apartment complex is definitely worth considering. It’s not perfect, but for the price, it provides good value and a comfortable living space.

    I moved to the Aire MSP apartments a little over a year ago and just recently renewed my lease. The staff in the leasing office is very helpful and on top of everything. I never have to wait long if i need maintenace, and its very unique how quiet and peaceful my unit stays. The amenities our top notch anywhere from the game room to the quiet lounges and the unique bar and grill thats just an elevator ride away. Would recommend to anyone whos in need of an apartment!!

    The management genuinely cares. Coming in as a new resident I felt welcomed into a family community. Also the staff is very knowledgeable in all areas and explains stuff in great detail.

    Location and price for this place is good. Management has been doing a good job communicating and helping those in need of assistance. I love the underground parking. Especially, for winter. ??. It’s close to everything, I can’t complain. My insurance went down $400. Yays! ??

    Cost increases from the 1st year to the 2nd year extreme. Older building apparently very expensive to maintain and require replaceing of aging appliances and infrastructure. Amenities are average but their cost to maintain will break your tenants financially over the long term if they are stable tenants. Unsustainable.

    I love Cove at Linden Hills. I left uears ago because of managemnet and I came back due to the location and price but also the new management is phenominal. Todd is one of the best leasing consultants and property managers that I have encountered!

    Everything has been great so far since moving in a few years ago. The only item that needs some work is in the back right of parking lot. If it rains or snow water accumulates there. They need to fix the drainage.

    The Fremont is walkable to the lakes with great restaurants around, right in the heart of Uptown. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the apartments are pretty spacious with GREAT kitchens. Only downsides are the uncovered parking lot that doesn't seem to get plowed out very quickly in the winter, and the "fitness center" equipment has been broken for months.

    Management really makes sure the building, units, and those who are leasing needs are met. The property inside and out is clean and well managed. management communicates in a good time frame. Great properties if you're a muliti-family or single. The apartment is spacious, there's a balcony, enough parking space, and great upkeep inside and out.

    Staff are friendly and understandable! They go above and beyond to Make you as comfortable as possible as well as very fair! I do recommend Bader managrement to anyone that Wants to live in a great place with friendly staff!

    I’ve lived in Joppa 2 for over two years and will truly miss it! The apartments are incredibly spacious and well-maintained. One of my favorite features is the solid construction—thanks to the thick walls, I never hear any noise from my neighbors. At 1,500 square feet, this is by far the largest apartment I’ve found in the area, and with two full bathrooms, it’s hard to find anything comparable. The amenities are also a great perk, including a party room that’s free to reserve and a well-equipped exercise room that’s open 24/7. Since I recently purchased a house and will be moving out soon, I appreciate how helpful the management has been in working with me, despite having just renewed my lease. Overall, I highly recommend Joppa 2 to anyone looking for a comfortable and spacious living space.

    The buildings are concrete so noise levels are very low. My apartment is very quiet, the neighborhood is safe and the tenants here are friendly. Maintenance issues are taken care of promptly. I have been very happy living here. The rent is very reasonable.

    I have lived here nearly 20 years, in the same apartment that I took excellent care of. About a year and a half ago, because of updates being done to my apartment and building I was told I would have to move to another apartment building. I had no choice in the matter, even though I said that I could live with family while my apartment was being updated, as I liked that apartment and location. The apartment and building I was moved to has a supposedly updated appliances, but has beaten up door frames, bathroom vanity, old faucets, etc. Very different from what I'd taken such good care of in my previous apartment for years. So this has been a disappointment. I do like the rest of the community: the location, the upkeep of the grounds, the staff.

    I adore living at Buzza! The apartments are so beautiful and spacious. I really love the convenience of having my own washer and dryer in unit. I have wonderful neighbors and the staff here are some of the most sweetest and hardworking people I have ever met ?? ??????. Well done ??

    I have been living in Edenvale for 10 years, since 2014. I love the space, the place is very quiet and spacious. Lots of great amenities. The neighbors are as good as it gets. Friendly and respectful. The staff in the office right now is fantastic and the maintenance guys are extremely smart, knowledgeable, friendly and are able to fix just about everything right away.

    I living in compass Pointe for 7month now, the place is very nice and clean the lady who do the cleaning really can take good care of the properties. I really appreciate the lady who is in the office she talk to people nicely and thing you tell her about your apartment she really to help.but the people who live in the property the children can really make noise alot
