Good value, but lots of things breaking, like the door handles, very little things that are annoying but you can get by. maintenance can be slow

Maintenance team is no longer the bright spot, they’ve turned everyone over and the place is headed down hill. Trash cans sit on the curb all week so trash piles up in the garage; the team didnt even set them out correctly so the city couldnt pick it up for days. Garage isnt secure which means the building isnt either. Call box is always broken. Staff is unaccountable, argumentative, and slow to respond. They only treat you half-way decent until youre in and then they dont care about you at all. Find a different place.

The main thing that i don not like is how thin the celling is. I can always hear my upstairs neighbor.
