Please please please please replace the elevators, the contract you have right now is going to get someone killed. it takes a week each time one breaks and its not more than 3 months between breakdowns. In case of fire, i'd like not to die. my partner and I cannot use the stairs, and the existence of an emergency won't magically make my knees work or my partners Cerebral Palsy go away. the frequency of the fire alarms should incentivize a good person to be more vigilant about maintaining accessibility features. it'd look really really bad if two disabled people burned to death because your elevators were constantly broken.

Luxe at Meridian is one of the rare catch apartments in Seattle. Super close to I-5 and also safe neighborhood. The highway noise is a little loud but it's understandable given the building is on the older side.

Good price for the square footage. Near the light rail. Great amenities (outdoor pool!). Highway noise is always somewhat loud though. Management is great and super friendly.
