I've lived here for over a month. I absolutely love how friendly the staff is, the location, the proximity to Trader Joes and Safeway, how close it is to the bus stop, etc. The appliances are new and the walls are thick. I definitely made the right choice!

Really Enjoy living here, residents are respectful and kind. Other than the daily fire truck it is very quiet, Windows are surprisingly sound proof other than sirens. Walls are thick cant hear neighbors. Staff onsite a few times a week would be nice. But for the most part staff is responsive over email. Parking spaces are tight and sometimes to close to park especially if you have a middle spot. Elevator often smells like dog, would suggest putting in fresheners. Also exiting the garage needs a better larger mirror to see people walking down the street. Other than that I am very pleased.
