Fun Place to Live

I love living here! Access to the entire city is steps away by lite rail, street car, bus, or just simply walking. The ferry and the train station are also super close so you can go anywhere! The energy on game or concert days cannot be beat. The bars and restaurants surrounding the buildings are fun and delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful and plan fun events to bring the community together. The only thing I would caution you about is not to try and drive anywhere when there is a big event happening or you might not be able to get a spot in the garage when you get back.

Tight knit community

Moving into The Nolo this weekend, but am acquainted with quite a few people in the neighborhood who live here, and I've heard nothing but great things about the leasing staff, amenities, and perks of being in this part of the city.

Wonderful staff and location

Several resident engagement events are planned every month. Location is ideal for public transport and life in the city. Area is safe and super dog-friendly. We have access to green spaces in the stadium on weekdays.

We like it here!

Great that it's dog friendly; lovely amenities. We could nit-pick about things like having better/bigger dog-runs, etc. Also, we wish there was more stuff open around us at later hours/on weekends. But overall, we're very pleased to live here.
