Great inside, outside noisy

I love this property and living here. My apartment is great and the value is good. I appreciate the high quality appliances and general quality, and the maintenance/cleaning staff do a great job. Still Liquor is VERY loud across the street. I also feel that there is a bit of privacy concern with Terra Plata as well being able to directly look into our building.

I love my home and feel safe at Pine & Minor!

I love my home here at Pine. I have a beautiful view of the city and it is convenient to the freeway. I think my home's look and the appliances that came with it are of great quality, and the building is kept tidy. I love the big windows in my home. I have lived here for over a year and feel safe in this community. Pine's location is not deep into Cap Hill at all. There are so many nice cafes, restaurants, and stores nearby. The staff is responsive and helpful. The overall apartment complex is just enjoyable. I would recommend Pine & Minor to anyone who wants to experience the city life and wants to live in a safe community.

Great choice

I am a new tenant at Pine+Minor, and I absolutely love it. It provides the most value among all the complexes in the very popular Capitol Hill area with no compromises on quality. The service is great too, especially Kyle, who has been a pleasure. He is very helpful and responsive to all needs. I would highly recommend the place.

Great Experience!

I've been living here for about four months now, and I have been loving every aspect of my experience thus far. The studio units are modern and come with good amenities (in unit washer dryer, a nice kitchen space with modern appliances, large bathroom, etc). Good sq footage for the price overall, especially compared to other apt complexes in Capitol Hill. Great amenities, especially for pet owners. The dog park in back is a really nice thing to have nearby. The gym is large and has well maintained equipment. The rooftop deck is cool and provides great views of the city. It also has a gas fire fire pit which is a nice touch. The lobby has a great bike storage space, along with a private office for meetings, a party space that can be reserved, free coffee every morning, a Luxer package pick up station and bathrooms. Security also seems really good. I've noticed a security officer who comes through every evening to check up on things. Also, building management is A+. Rebecca at the front desk is incredible, and Thomas the building supervisor has been courteous and responsive to maintenance requests. I've been very impressed with the Pillar Communities Management Co overall. They called me once just to make sure I'm enjoying my stay and to make sure my maintenance request had been addressed...I've never experience that before and thought it reflected well on the ownership/management. Finally, this is a LEED Platinum certified building, which I think is kind of amazing. I didn't even realize when I moved in. The only downsides I can think of is the buildings proximity to the highway (very noisy when windows are open) and the fact that there is no AC in the units. Oh and sometimes the elevator are out, which sucks for those on the higher floors. Otherwise moving here has been a great choice and I'm so happy I made the decision.
