Great location, I love that it is walking distance from everything. Common spaces smells really nice. Very dog friendly, there is a pet relief area on the last level (Rooftop) incase you dont want to walk outside. I havent had issues with neigbors so thats a plus. One thing that needs improving is the parcel pending locker. Deliveries has been a hit or miss but its probably vendor related. The managing team are great, and really helpful!

Noisy and possibility of construction near denny park

There are construction happening around this apartment. Its Noisy because of constructions in the early morning and entire day time. There is possibility of construction of big tower near denny park right beside the apartment. This will cause problem for lot of noise here in future.
