The Ayer is nice and ive been living there for almost 2 years now but an apartment came available to switch into and i went through the application process but after a week and a half they told me that the tenant wasnt leaving and just left it at that which is rather frustrating when trying to navigate leases.

They are still figuring things out, which definitely can make me frustrated some days, when things go wrong, but overall they are doing whatever they can to make an experience for residents that match the value of what we pay for.

The ayer is at the perfect location right by South Lake Union with lots of walkable restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops etc. The buildings amenities like the gym and rooftop are really nice too. The concierge and maintenance team respond promptly as well. 10/10 would recommend
