Everything is great but Utilities come upto $250+ everything even for 1 person living in a 1b1b is the biggest drawback

It seems to be improving. Maintenance staff are improving. But the timeliness needs to be worked on. My work orders typically sit 30 days. And the quality of the apts isn't worth the price of them. Hopefully rent doesn't increase to much
