Staying optimistic & positive for the future.

I have experienced a lot of mantintience issue that werent not handled with care or proper communication. Im currently living in fear of the shoe dropping at any moment. And more of my personal property being ruined.

Great for a family of three

We are a family of three moving into a 2B2B unit last June. The community is the best fit for us after visiting 10+ properties during our house-finding trip. ???????????2????????,??????????,???????? : ) Pros: • Large main bedroom. It's one of the main reasons we chose here: we want to put the crib in the bedroom while still having enough walking space. We couldn't find a larger 2B bedroom in other communities • Kids-friendly community. If you have kids aged 5 to 12, they will make friends here from different ethnicities. Unfortunately, our little one is too little to walk and play outside • < 10 minutes walk to downtown Bellevue. • < 10 minutes walk to Bus stops to downtown Seattle and UW • Great public facilities. Nice lounge with free coffee and cocoa • Newly renovated apartment. Everything is new • Kind and helpful office staff. It's very important Cons: • High cost of living. Rent of 2B + parking + utilities (electricity, water, sewage, trash...). Understandable. Affordable for double-income. But in the long run, I would suggest having your property. • I would also suggest the management office set up a separate water meter for every household, like what we have for electricity. I don't think we use that much water as we are charged • Noise occasionally from the upstairs neighbor. • Noise from every Monday Vegetation Management. Bellevue - All-Around Champion

I have lived her for 1 year in small family with 1 child. This apartment complex is the closest one to Bellevue city life, while still maintaining the Pacific Northwest natural forest atmosphere. You can walk with a stroller to great playgrounds in 15-20 minutes, and even the beach swimming park. Supermarket and pharmacy is a 5-10 minute walk away. By bus you can reach the metro in 20 minutes, then go anywhere in Seatlle metro area. Units are spacious and modern enough, complex is from the 1980s and 90s, when real estate was built with less of a crammed-in feel. Renovated units have good appliances inside and nice decor and feel to them. Amenities, gym, pool, BBQ, lounge areas are great. Gym is one of the best small gyms I have ever seen, really packs a bang for your buck if you read a few training websites to get some routines, all the equipment is there. Lots of families with young children in this complex. Very international feel, everybody is from different countries, mixing and mingling at the community events. Pricing is fair for Bellevue and for what you get.
