I've lived in the unit for over two years now, and it's been fantastic to see the community be consistent over the same time period. The amenities (pool, gym, theater and common spaces) are fantastic. The people are lovely, especially when you meet in open spaces. The building is overall still new with fresh decor, although the elevators in under maintenance from time to time.

I’ve lived here for two years and overall, it’s been a good experience. The building is safe, my car has always been secure, and I feel comfortable walking around at any time. I really appreciate how convenient the location is, I can easily walk to everything I need. That said, the rent is way too high compared to similar apartments nearby. There are studio units just a block away offering the same (or even better) amenities for $500–$700 less per month. If pricing were more competitive, this would easily be a four to five-star place. Overall, I would give it a 3.5 star....rent is WAY to high.
