I wish the management company respected tenants

Every time we think we're going to get service we get a new manager instead. The assistant managers have always proven to be very effective but they don't stay long. We've been here three years and we've seen nine management staff. We have a good assistant manager on duty now. Which must mean she's looking for a new job. The apartments look more like an old hag with too much makeup than an apartment remodeled. They show a beautiful apartment, Get you to sign the lease and then you show up to get your keys And find your apartment was remodeled by a blind person who used only their feet. These apartments have potential but instead of making them great. They spend a lot of time talking about how great they are. Honestly if I hear the word market value one more time my head will explode.

I've lived here since July 2019, and I've always been impressed with the management and tech staff. Also, the property is well is beautifully maintained!

Great apartment complex!

This is a wonderful place to live. The property is always kept immaculate, the maintenance crew is very efficient and the management people are wonderful.

It looks great in pictures, from the right angle.

We have had 8 managers in less than 3 years. The property management is inconsistent and shows no actual care for residents. The property looks great around the office, but the further from the office you get, the more trashy it looks. Instead of dealing with residents who cause proplems, management sends emails to everyone in the complex to NOT do whatever it is they want one person or family to stop doing. Aparently, all you have to do is keep saying "market value" over and over and disregard the fact that to get people to rent here is a bait and switch. Prospective residents are shown a beautifully remondeled apartment with promises that the apartment they rent will look as good. In our case, it looks the like the remodel was done by blind people using their feet!
