Feedback

There basically are no amenities at the moment and for last many months so I would almost give zero there, to be honest. No effort to even man the place for few hours so residents can use it! Staff presence is also not there so really no meaningful comments can be provided there. There should be a category for Security and I would not rate that too high based on what I see and have heard. We need at least some sort of random night petrol or more lights!

Happy resident of Kelsey Ridge Apts

Love the location. Has all the amenities I want (except for air conditioning) without unnecessary amenities that would drive up rent. Reasonable rent without a bunch of hidden fees (e.g. no extra fee for parking). The apartment was remodeled right before I moved in (a few years ago). One minor complaint that I have is that there is carpet in the dining room.
