It is a great property, to stay. Really accessible to Bellevue, redmond. The Setting for the apartment is in the heart of Spring District, which is super Premium, Clean, and Upscale, with beautiful Park, Bellevue Brewing company, and Now LightRail Station that will be amazing Plus for this location

Great apartment but noise neighbors

I love my apartment. However, I have noisy neighbors who throw the toilet lid at any time of the day or night. I requested help from the rent office but received no support at all. Besides that, they have solved any other requests I had in the past. Parking is challenging when I have visitors. It would be nice if you could evaluate the option to enable parking spots for visitors. Thanks!

Nice Apartment in Bellevue

We lived in Sparc for over 1 year, this is a nice apartment, great location, great staff, great gym, but it's close to the 121st, and there is traffic noise, especially sports cars. Overall, it is a nice apartment, and we just extend the contract.
