No weight limit Prohibited Animals: Snakes, ferrets, iguanas, rabbits, potbelly pigs, insects, and other exotic or wild animals. Fees: A non-refundable pet fee of $250, additional monthly rent of $35 per pet, and an additional deposit may be required. All pet agreements must be executed prior to moving in.
