Superb location, welcoming environment, comfortable and cozy

Lux apartments has been my first home since I moved to the country back in October 2021, first as serviced apartment then as my informed choice it to be my home. It has a superb location, in walking distance to many points of need, entertainment, relaxing, jogging, meeting friends, and yet away from the business of a downtown. In other words you can enjoy what Bellevue has all to offer easily but be away from the crowd when you wish more quietness. The building offers a good quality life with the layout of the unit, the daylight, the A/C during summer, a perfect parking lot and a timely and complete maintenance service provided by the staff. I have been thoroughly enjoying my stay in my one bed room plus den apartment, where I can fit all what i need, efficiently.

Enjoying the apartment after the first month

I have been in my apartment for 1 month and am loving it so far. The apartment is very nice, the building is clean and has good amenities, and the staff and friendly and helpful.

Located in a good neighbourhood

I have been on this property for almost 2years. I like the location, very close to the mall and grocery store. The apartment is not noisy, sometime you can just smell of the other's food when they are cooking. The staff are nice and professionals.

not worth the price except for the location

The property works with Fetch, which causes delivery delays. A lot of maintenance issues, and it is hard to get timelines on anything from the Office.
