Since shes come a board we have seen changes. For the better of the property she is very forthcoming she is willing to help others especially me because. I am old and she takes the time which means a lot to me. and the neighbors I know around me they are excited to have her aboard also. and I plan on staying. The maintenance man Luis and Larry they have been there for me they take care of my apartment and me and feel safe around them I give them popsicles and water because they work so hard. They are my go to guys. Please keep them!

This place has always been special to us since the last three years, we sure did renew our lease. Because under the new management supervisor Diana, the place was better and bigger progress than before. Olivia, Adrian and Keisha. are amazing they always help us every time we visit the office. They make sure to work with you in all flexibility and any complaints they take actions right away. The place is amazing clean offices, the amenities have new stuff added, and there`s so much activities for the community. They offer good pricings and better living experience in Katy Cinco ranch area by far. I recommend and give this place ten star! We've been in this complex since 2020 and will be renewing our lease again for another 15 mos. The staff are very helpful and take care of their tenants well. The amenities such as the pool and gym are always available for us. Loved the quiet ambiance of the neighborhood and the flexibility of the leasing office when it comes to value. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

My one bedroom apartment has had sewer backup four times since December 28, 2022. I have had four floods in this apartment as recently at midnight on January 27, 2023 when I was sound asleep and water poured out of the laundry room drain into my apartment and filled my kitchen sink for the fourth time. I have had 15-20 visits from various service people to suck up water and clean carpet at all hours, including 1-2am on January 28. After a month and four floods, no one has replaced the water logged cardboard laminate flooring or done any testing for mold etc. (despite repeated requests) to confirm that this is safe for me to live here with sewer backup having covered parts of my apartment floor and is now airborne via the use of fans and dehumidifier. This company does not care about maintaining their property or their tenants rights or health. A "regional manager" told me on Saturday morning Jan 28, 2023 that this is all normal and could happen at any property (four times) and the inconvenience and my health concerns do not constitute a reason to release me from my lease. This after I had the maintenance guy here until about 2am sucking up water and had no sleep due to deferred maintenance issues. Furthermore, I need to wait until Monday to have a conversation with a human in person because no one can be bothered on the weekend, despite ruining mine. I should have to foot the bill for the equipment to run 24/7, live through countless interruptions to my work day (WFH), not be able to sleep or enjoy any peace in this apartment worrying that it is making me sick being here. Today January 30, they have pulled up 4' of floor to see how bad it is, now I have been sitting here for hours with all my windows open in 45 degrees because the mold is SO bad.
