Safe ,friendly healthy enviroment.

I have been a risident at the Grand for 2yrs and just renewed my lease for another year. The Grand Parkway is very quiet which is a plus.Appears to be a healthy enviroment for all.Building and grounds are well Kept and Manicured.There are a lot of activities and social events here at the grand as well as transportation to and from several Stores and shopping centers.

Resort Community

Ive lived here three years. Other than the decision to charge for utilities based on some unidentified formula I love it. I like that the community room doesnt close at 5:30 so we cann make use of it in the evening. The organized activities are excellent and gives us every opportunity to grow as a community.
