Need better communication

The communication from the office staff is very lacking. Messages left via phone do not get returned, emails are not responded to. The office staff are always smiling, but have never been very help full when an issue arises, and don't display much concern for their residents. All the effort seems to be getting new applicants signed, not keeping existing residents happy. The amenities should be the best part of this community, but unfortunately they are not kept up, abused, and mismanaged. The TV's by the pool never work, and are absolutely filthy if they do. I stopped even trying to used them long ago. The security guard that polices the pool is not consistent at all. I have been asked to leave while sitting by myself because I didn't have a red wrist band. As I walked out to get it there was a large group of people, none of which had a bracelet. This was the same group the security guard was chatting with before telling me to leave... The office has told me that they WILL NOT accept or hold my UPS packages even though the parcel lockers were not working, I have to go pick up expensive packages at UPS because the office wont sign for them and has no solution to the lockers being full. I want to love this place, my apt is beautiful, the location is great, and the amenities are top notch (when they work), but I often feel like I live in a budget complex, not a "luxury" one as this claims to be.

LOS ESTACIONAMIENTOS SIEMPRE ESTAN FUL POR LOS Visitantes SI LLEGO A LAS 6 PM A MI CASA NO TENGO CERCA DE MI APARTAMENTO PARA PODER ESTACIONAR, DESPUES DE LAS 9PM O 10PM SALGO Y HAY VARIOS PUESTO LIBRES ES PORQUE YA SE FUE LOS CARROS QUE ESTABAN DE VISITA ESO PASA MUY SEGUIDO.
