Beautiful but not well built...

I love the neighborhood, & the amenities (Gym, Pool, Grilling/Lounging area, Lake/Pond) & my neighbors are very nice! These are pretty new apts. & they were probably built up really fast so money could start being made quickly & because of that, they were not well built. Yes, they look beautiful, but you'll hear every single footstep of your upstairs neighbors...every single one. You'll hear when they flush their toilet & the water flushing all the way through the pipes. You'll hear the water running through the pipes when they take a shower & you'll hear them moving around in the tub & stepping around in the shower. You'll hear when the next door neighbors close any of their inside & outside doors & you'll hear when they're having arguments in their apt. Basically the walls/ceilings/floors are paper thin & you'll hear every movement of your neighbors above & beside you. And I don't have cold water; I've already had it checked by maintenance, an outside plumber & by the mgr. & was told that everyone's water here is that temp. (86-87 degrees F). They said it wasn't cold due to the heat outside; I thought maybe it was because the apts. just weren't well built, but that's not the case, because I have since talked to a few of my neighbors, whom have told me that they have very cold water. I just moved in 3 weeks ago & when the mgr. came by to check the water & told me that's the temp of the water in all the apts, I was basically told that I could move if I wanted to because they didn't want me to be here unhappy, but that's not a realistic option, as moving again after just barely moving here would be beyond difficult & extremely expensive. Mgmt. should've instead been willing to bring in other professionals until the the root of the issue is found & fixed correctly. If even 1 tenant in these apts. has cold water, then every tenant should have cold water. Mgmt. dropped the ball & their actions have shown me that they don't care.
