Apartment review

The rent is a little more afforable than most places bur there are no updates in the apartments and there are several structural concerns. There are lots of stray cars and other animals always on the loose. When i first moved in maintenance was very responsive but now they are not and do not address all of your concerns.

Great for an older complex

The complex is nice. especially in summer when the grounds are better kept. Winter is the worse because of pipe bursting and heat units not entirely up to par.

Good area maintenance could be better

The area itself it a good location especially if you habe kids ive been im my unit for 3 years rhe lights in my living room have never worked ive requested it be fixed several times they have bene telling me for 3 years they need a bigger ladder
