Its been comfortable living here but we have had maintenance issues that hasnt been looked at since we moved in

6 months. Maintenance is good. Water and gas charges are high. Additional charges make you feel you're paying more for the apartment. In my case, I'm paying almost 20% extra + rent excluding electricity, internet and phone charges.
