New Management - Negative Results

This property was taken over by a new company and unfortunately things have gone "down hill". I am aware of the current inflation going on, but the prices for these average at best apartments with centralized heating and air-conditioning that often stop working, is ridiculous. I have been told by multiple residents that more and more people are leaving this property due to the increased rental price without upgrades. I too have researched other apartment communities and found better deals in nicer areas, and will most likely not be renewing my lease. I have also found through research, that the current property owners are not a good company. Take from this what you will, however, check around before deciding to lease here, as there are much better deals out there.

My rent has gone up too much! And when I moved in here it was partly because the utilities were paid. Now we are having to pay our own.
