Bad customer service
Leasing agent can’t even give an update on a maintenace request and totally diregard resident concerns . Maintenance takes a long time to take care of a routine request .

Staff Could Use Improvement
Justin has never really been helpful, and comes off as condescending and arrogant. He seems like the type of employee who is on a power trip, throwing up obstacles for adding my wife to my lease, and when I moved in, accused me of not being who I said I was when I handed him my ID.

2023 Review
I have lived here for 5 years. I’ve only seen this place continue to go downhill from cleanliness, rude staff, continually increased rent, lack of security. When we moved in, the previous management company made sure that buildings were clean and there was always a police officer presence. They also allowed grills on balconys and Ring doorbells, which currently is my biggest complaints woth this complex. The only positive iI can give is regarding maintenance. It takes them a few days to reapind but once they come, they handle all my needs quickly and efficiently
