The Belmont at Duck Creek

I have only lived here for one year, but I have not run into many problems. My biggest problem has been parking, but at the same time, I understand why many of the rules are the way they are. Julien has been the biggest help. And my neighbors are kind and considerate.

Honest Review

My experience living here wasn’t the best as far as it being my first apartment. The hallways are always disgusting. If the leasing agents put you in the back where the dumpster is you will understand what I mean. Residents leave trash and doggy bags outside their doors. Toilets get stopped up a lot, the showers and faucets turn green and I was only here for 2 years.. Neighbors are very inconsiderate. Leasing office treats younger and single tents like their less as people. They cater to families quicker. Also the leasing office hardly answer their phone. Be prepared for a lot of unexpected changes with this property.

NO PARKING FOR RESIDENTS!!

Over the last year, i and multiple other residents have noticed there is hardly ANY available parking. We either have to drive around for 10-20 mins in hopes someone is leaving or have to park our vehicles outside the gate. Residents pay over $1000 and have to risk our cars being broken into or vandalized. There has been a car parked in front of building 5 for the last 4 months with a flat and no one has done anything about it. Amenities: why is the gym only open for certain hours, some of us want to use the gym after 6:00pm due to work schedules.
