Life at Bennett Ridge
I live at Bennett Ridge , and i love it. The apartment is the perfect size (1bd 1ba-though i do wish they would replace the outside storage off the kitchen with an internal Washer and Dryer area) hint hint* I love the granite counter tops, the "wood" vinyl flooring, and the fairly modern appliances. The water pressure is great in the shower. I love the carpet in the bedroom. The closets seem small but are actual very spacious. The details are nice like the framing of the doors, and the doors themselves, etc. The price cannot be beat! its conveniently located which is a big plus for me. I feel safe here as well. A downside is that in my area, some residents are not always responsible pet owners and do not clean up after pets but that is my only complaint. I previously lived in a large complex near Edmond, and the price was ridiculous and did not have granite counters, appliances were outdated, parking was non-existent, etc. I find that the office staff to be really great, Buffy/Christie and there is another agent that i do not remember her name (sorry). I really enjoy my apartment life at Bennett Ridge. Great Value, Great Location, Great Parking.

Noisy neighbors
Neighbors are very loud and disrespectful they won't leash or clean up after their dogs they leave trash outside their door and maintenence takes forever to respond to issues
Great place to live; staff is friendly and works hard.
Enjoy working with the staff. Management is available and friendly. Maintenance staff is quick and thorough when things need to be repaired. Location is great; behind a Target; next to a small shopping center; near major OKC street. Some periodic difficulty with laundry appliances and some problems with noisy neighbors. Other than that, a great place to live.
