For several weeks called office but only get the voicemail. Haven't had my calls returned either! Guessing they don't want to rent out their units.

March of 2020, we moved into a "classic" loft apartment. Since then, we have had a. 2 water leaks related to the ice storms, neither of which were actually in our apartment, but in the apartment behind us. The first one resulted in our staying in a hotel for 8 days, with an adjustment applied to our rent. The second resulted in a one night stay, no adjustment necessary. b. a refrigerator replaced within 2 hours of our old one dying. c. a dishwasher replaced within 3 days of the old one leaking-repairs made to the wall that was soaked from the leaking dishwasher. d. still waiting on a ramp to be built so my husbands electric wheelchair could be full utilized. (I have to lift it up the curb and up onto the porch landing as there are no ramps attached to any of our sidewalks. e. Overall, we have had 5 different managers for the complex, and 2 different management companies, 3 different maintenance managers, and at least 6 different maintenance workers. (This speaks to upper management issues I believe.) f. our signed leases have been lost numerous times, even though they were signed online.

The new office manager is rude and never returns phone calls. The apartments look nothing like what they are advertised. They are not upgraded and renovated, yet are charged at market value. Maintenance staff is amazing though.
