Decent Townhomes

Ive been living here for 3 years now in our 2 bedroom townhouse parking could be better but love the covered parking, we could definitely use a little playground for the kids, the patio space should be closed off individually for tenets could enjoy they privacy and the appliances are definitely outdated and could use a upgrade, hate the fact carpet is all through the house and habe to be watchful of some of these neighbors because some of them feel like they can do w.e they want and not have repercussions! Other than that the property is good for now, the regular office staff is great and maintenance is good overall
