there seems to be a transition that has been going on and I believe it is for the best. the new manager guy I don't know how he does it but he is getting it together quite nicely. I wish maintenance would be more efficient and would take more time on preparing there workspace but it is what it is.
Thx for 2 years so far
I'm starting a 3rd year here and enjoy my mostly quiet neighbors. The management has changed since I moved in and I see they are doing what they can to improve and replace ASAP. The location is superb for my needs and I am blessed to drive far less. I just wish their maintenance staff had enough help (even temp help if they need) to get the workload over the edge of (what must be) a circus-like frenzy.
